Noah Segal is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Leadership Coach who is passionate about empowering business leaders and teams to unlock their full potential. With a corporate background in supply chain management, innovation project and program management - primarily in the fast-moving consumer goods industry - Noah draws upon his experience leading and guiding diverse, cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and unlock value.
As a trusted advisor, his mission is to coach high-performing business leaders to achieve clarity of purpose, master the strategic mindset, and inspire their team to become more than the sum of its parts. Noah is a former U.S. Army officer and Iraq War veteran. He holds an MBA in International Business and an MA in Diplomacy & International Relations from Seton Hall University, as well as a BA in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin.
